Speaking about discoveries which I made last week I started to read a very atypical book genre for me. It was “Don`t look behind you” by Lois Duncan. This book refers to “books for teenagers” as Ms.Kate said. To be honest, it`s my first book in English and I was so exited about it. It`s amazing how you can look at foreign words and understand them(sounds a bit stupid but it seems to me unusual!). I really enjoy reading in such a way because I feel I brooden my outlook and my vocabulary become wider and various. It`s a fantastic experience for me! Also, I was glad to hear a amusing song “American Melting Pot”. This is something special because it seems to me quite atmospheric and fillfulled with Americans` mentality.

As for my achievements I became to do more scheduled cases a day. I`m saticfied with myself because last two weeks I was like a sleepy fly.

Actually, I managed to learn how to write transcriptions of different words. I`m still styding to do this. At least, I`m doing better than past days.

The main challenge for me last weel was inability to concentrate on something(home assignments, reading books etc). I even can call this condition as procrastination.

How I managed to work on this problem? I tried to find a sourses of motivation and I said myself :”When if not now?”. It cost me a lot of effort but I had to understand it`s important to save your time and spend it efficiently. If you face with procrastination, try to recognaze that you should keep your mind on the main goals.

In the end, I want to share with you a very helpful TED video. Enjoy :3
