let’s learn how to do sports
Hey, folks! Today I’ve got an assignment to check out a few links and learn some more information about different kinds of sports. I’ve chosen three links and I’m eager to share my impressions with you guys.
The first one is “How To Play Cricket”. I’ve chosen it, because I’m interested in it and I want to know more about this game.
Anybody can learn how to play cricket.
So, to become a batsman, for instance, you should foresee that you should have special equipment such as bats, special gloves and a bat. Also it’s important to wear a helmet to protect your head.
You need a good eye and a lot of concentration to become this player of a team and also you should have enough power to blow the ball and to make a gold.
The next video is about Athletics and Track & Field.
And due to inspiring music in the video I’ve found it quite emotional because I’m wonder how people are motivated. It looks impossible for those who never do this kind of sports. I think these sportsmen workout a lot of time and it’s incredible to see them when they’re running through the field or trying to jump higher and higher.
Some of them are long-distance runners, some of them are high-jumpers or professional discus or javelin throwers but they all are united by Athletics.
The next one is about one of the Martial Arts. This video is about Kung Fu and it’s really interesting for me. This kind of sports develop focus, self-discipline, determination and perseverance.
I saw Kung Fu in different cartoons and films and it always seems to me easy and amusing to do it but now I’ve realized that it’s very serious discipline and it helps people not only providing them physical burden but also it makes you to look in your heart and to understand how your body is connected with the brain.
